At the Core of Who We Are

Part of MarbleWOOD Real Estate & Construction's job is to stay current on what’s happening in the world and follow the dollars. We believe that by understanding money, demographic trends, social and cultural shifts, and global policies, we can gain a competitive advantage for future investment success.

Growing up in Longview and spending 8 years of her adult life in Dallas, Alicia understands the local economic makeup of the area. Today, East Texas residential demographics show home ownership vs. renting at a 55/45 split. Key macroeconomic indicators, as well as demographic shifts, are paving the way for a change in this trend. On the commercial side, Amazon is taking over, and brick and mortar needs are decreasing across commercial property types. This lends itself to innovative office and retail strategies, along with great opportunity in other sectors.

Leveraging extensive data, MarbleWOOD creatively strategizes to find deals for every investor, whether that means syndicating deals to help investors participate in large purchases otherwise out of reach or thinking outside the box with investment strategies.

If you’re looking to start building a rental portfolio for cash flow, sell off properties to capitalize on appreciation, or become the next Chip and Joanna flipping houses, you’ve come to the right place. We’re confident we can be of value to you, whether a beginner investor or a seasoned pro. From caprates to house hacking, to the infamous Bigger Pockets BRRRR strategy, we know about it all.

It’s always a perfect time to invest in real estate. As spoken by a wise man:

“Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate. More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined. The wise young man or wage earner of today invests his money in real estate.”
